1. Service description
Flowly AI ("the Service") is a software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses create AI-powered conversational agents and connect them to messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) and CRM integrations.
2. AI output disclaimer
Responses generated by the Service are produced by third-party large-language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in context. Output is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
- Distribute illegal, harassing, or deceptive content
- Violate the terms of service of connected platforms (Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp)
- Impersonate others or misrepresent the commercial nature of the bot
- Engage in automated scraping or abuse of rate limits
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Fees and refunds
Pricing is published on the Flowly AI pricing page. Refund requests for prepaid subscriptions are considered case-by-case within 14 days of payment. Usage-based charges are non-refundable.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via Data Deletion. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowly AI liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Almaty.
